This survey will contribute to the research of our project partner Vilnius Technical University to determine the current limitations of cloud-based BIG DATA repositories, priority areas for new sources of structured data for governmental organisations, authorities and public research institutions. More specifically we are asking to indicate the priority tasks on which research organisations should focus.
